Big Monster Studio is excited to welcome Paul Boeckelmann to the team. Paul joined the studio on August 18, 2026 as our first employee, taking on the role of Production & Operations Coordinator.
Paul supports both the day-to-day operations of Big Monster Studio and the practical needs of our productions.
His role includes production coordination, camera and lighting support, equipment preparation and management, scheduling, client project support, project documentation, media organization, administrative operations, financial recordkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice and receipt organization.
By working across both production and operations, Paul helps keep projects organized behind the scenes while also supporting the team on set.
As Big Monster Studio continues to take on more client work and expand its productions, developing a strong internal team is an important part of the studio’s growth.
We’re excited to have Paul with us and look forward to the projects ahead.
