Biography and Profile
Paul Boeckelmann is a writer, director, cinematographer, editor, and producer, and the Production & Operations Coordinator at Big Monster Studio LLC. He holds a certificate in Music Production and Videography, and has worked on several music videos and short films in a wide range of roles.
At Big Monster Studio he supports the studio’s day-to-day operations and productions, working across production coordination, camera and lighting support, equipment preparation and management, and client project support.
Between shoot days he keeps the studio organized — scheduling, administrative tasks, financial recordkeeping and expense tracking, invoice and receipt organization, project documentation, and media organization — so productions arrive prepared and finish cleanly.
Paul Boeckelmann is a writer, director, cinematographer, editor, and producer who holds a certificate in Music Production and Videography. He was the Director of Photography on the short film “Static,” which won an award at the Dublin Movie Awards, and he has worked on several music videos and short films in a variety of roles.
Paul believes community and collaboration are what make the best film.
He first worked with Big Monster Studio as Production Manager on the short film “Ruby.” By the end of that production he was glad to join the studio, because of how professional and organized the experience had been, and he is looking forward to being part of a studio he can grow with and make something special.
Paul’s role at Big Monster Studio spans both the set and the office. On production days he supports the crew directly; between projects he keeps the studio’s equipment, media, documentation, and records in order so the next project can start prepared.
As Production & Operations Coordinator, Paul supports the day-to-day operations and productions of Big Monster Studio LLC. His responsibilities cover the practical work that keeps a production moving and the administrative work that keeps the studio running between them.
