Leadership
Big Monster Studio was founded by Ying Su and Luisa Bott, who lead the studio’s creative direction, productions, and long-term development.
Co-Founder
Co-Founder, director, writer, assistant director, and digital imaging technician, with a focus on advertising, creative development, and virtual production. Ying is expected to join full-time as Studio Manager in 2027 and help lead operations and production coordination.
Co-Founder & Managing Member
Co-Founder and Managing Member, producer, cinematographer, editor, colorist, and animator. Luisa leads production and post-production work while supporting original films, freelance productions, event work, documentary projects, and client content.

Production & Operations Coordinator
Paul coordinates Big Monster Studio's productions and daily operations. He supports camera and lighting on set, prepares and manages studio equipment, and keeps scheduling, client project support, media organization, and studio recordkeeping running behind the scenes.
